Commercial & Agricultural Real Estate Fee Guideline ( plus GST and Disbursements)
For all transactions under $5,000,000.00
Sale or Cash Purchase – 0.25% of purchase price from a minimum of $750.00 up to a maximum of $5,000.00
Purchase with Financing – 0.25% of purchase price plus .25% of value of financing from a minimum of $1,100.00 up to a maximum of $10,000.00
Refinance – 0.25% of value of financing from a minimum of $700.00 up to a maximum of $5,000.00

Young Law Chambers offers flat rate legal fees for residential real estate which includes all regular disbursements, signing all required documents in a single appointment in our Edmonton office.

Please note GST is not included in the legal fees above and will be added at the time of service.
Please also note clients selling their home without a realtor will have an additional fee of $425 or more, depending on the additional work required to finalize a private real estate deal.

There are no additional charges for file administration fees, documents fees, courier fees in Edmonton, photocopying charges, fax charges, land title fees to register one title and one mortgage, 2 hours of residential purchase or sale issue resolution, and two separate payouts, if required.
The flat fees do not include out of town signings, second mortgages when buying a home, corporate purchase or sale of a home, assignment of rents for rental property or rush deals. The flat fees also do not include title insurance, additional mortgages, estoppel certificates, encroachment agreements, encumbrance reviews, insurance certificates, real property reports and compliance, additional titles for condos (for example legal/titled parking/storage units) or issues pertaining to a deceased owner on title.
